Let him snore away forever.
Sure, he’d have fun at the tavern.
Sure, he’d like to be remembered.

He’d get over his confusion.
He’d be thrilled to see his daughter.
But why bring someone back again?

You sure you’re doing it for them?
He’ll only have to leave again,
Whether on worse or better terms.
