But the bringers of meaning
Who spot patterns too quickly
Struggle with understanding

Systems while they’re making them.
The systems courteously,
Calmly save information

When not equally calmly
Deleting it. The bringers
Of meaning beg their systems

To tell them what’s happening.
The systems answer sweetly
Rearranged information.
