Dreams in the Side of Your Mind

Someone notes a thought,
Colloquially,
Can be at the front

Or back of the mind,
But not in the side
Of the mind. Nonsense.

They’re all frequencies—
How often the back
Of the mind keeps thoughts,

How rarely you say,
The front of my mind.
The side of your mind

Is only rarer,
Even, than that. Still,
Inconceivable

It isn’t. If we
Were to say you’ve hid
Or misplaced something

You thought to the side
Of your mind, you’d find
You had an idea.
