Would that the body
Were weather immune.
Wouldn’t you rather
Never need ceilings
Or windows and walls?
Not just outdoorsy,
Not just a rugged,
Adventurous soul,
Stoic in the storms,
But a genuine
Weather-immune beast,
More like a rock face,
Slowly eroding,
Sure, but not huddling,
Not hanging in there,
Just out in all light,
Savoring, never
Waking up with walls.
